Count every traveller
Include children and infants in the passenger count. Our Standard planning estimates cover up to seven passengers and VIP SUV estimates up to five, subject to actual luggage capacity. Larger groups need a custom vehicle quote rather than a multiplied seat price.
Describe the luggage clearly
Give the number of large cases, cabin bags, strollers and unusual items. Golf clubs, surfboards and bulky mobility equipment can change the required vehicle. A vehicle seat limit is not a promise that every possible luggage combination will fit.
Coordinate separate flights
For a group arriving on different aircraft, list each final CUN flight and the intended waiting plan. Agree whether the group travels together or in separate vehicles and how delays on one flight affect the others.
Confirm the complete group fare
Ask for the number and type of vehicles, the total fare, child seats, extra stops and the meeting procedure in writing. For weddings and large events, collect the traveller list and hotel sections early so the dispatcher can plan arrivals and departures.
Sources & editorial approach
