Start with the airport code
Your flight must arrive at Cancún International Airport, code CUN. Tulum International Airport uses TQO, and Cozumel uses CZM. A transfer booked from one airport cannot simply be used at another. Send the airline, flight number, arrival date and exact hotel when requesting a quote.
Your terminal determines your meeting point
Do not choose a meeting point from an old blog photograph. Terminal assignments and vehicle access can change. Save the terminal-specific instructions and contact number issued with your confirmation. Check your flight details again before departure and tell the dispatcher if the airline changes them.
Complete the arrival formalities first
Collect your luggage and complete the relevant arrival procedures before following the instructions for ground transportation. Landing time is not the same as being ready at the vehicle. If baggage takes longer, message the contact in your confirmation with your booking name and flight number.
Match the reservation before leaving
Check that the representative knows the company and booking details in your confirmation. If someone says your booked service is unavailable or asks you to purchase a replacement, verify that directly with your confirmed contact before paying again. A private transfer reservation should identify the destination, passengers and agreed fare.
If you cannot find the representative
Remain in the designated transportation area, reread the instructions and contact the number on your reservation. Share the terminal and a description of your location. Avoid walking between terminals to look for a vehicle unless your dispatcher specifically directs you.
