The short answer
You can request one private transfer for passengers arriving on different flights at Cancún Airport. It is subject to confirmation, not an automatic inclusion. Send every flight, arrival date, group size and destination. Agree in writing on the meeting plan, waiting allowance, delay arrangements and complete fare before booking.
Landing time is not pickup time
The first group may still be completing arrival formalities while the second flight lands. Compare when everyone is likely to be ready after baggage collection, not just the scheduled landing times. For example, flights listed for 14:00 and 14:30 do not establish a 14:30 pickup. These times illustrate the planning problem; they are not a recommended waiting allowance. Give the team the flight numbers so it can assess the request.
Different terminals need an agreed collection plan
Do not assume both flights use the same terminal or that a private vehicle can collect at any exit. Check the airline’s current flight information and follow the terminal-specific instructions in your confirmation. Ask whether the proposed journey involves separate terminal collections or an agreed meeting location. Do not walk between terminals or move the group to another pickup area without instructions from your booked contact.
Decide what happens if one flight is delayed
Before accepting the quote, ask when waiting begins, how much is included, whether extra waiting is available and what it costs. Agree whether the earlier group waits or leaves separately if a delay becomes substantial. A second vehicle, changed pickup or missed connection is not automatically included. After a flight change, send the updated flight details and booking reference; do not treat the original pickup plan as reconfirmed.
One vehicle must fit the complete journey
Count all adults and children, suitcases, pushchairs and requested child seats across both flights. Our planning capacities are up to seven passengers for Standard and five for VIP, subject to luggage and vehicle confirmation. An extra suitcase can matter even when the passenger count fits. If you have different hotels, give every address and ask about route order and any additional-stop charge. A shared private booking is still for your own group, not a scheduled shared shuttle.
Compare the whole cost with two separate pickups
One transfer can avoid paying for two vehicles, but waiting, extra stops or a larger vehicle may change the comparison. Request a written total for each workable option rather than comparing only an advertised starting price. Separate pickups can be more practical after a long flight, with young children, widely separated arrivals or different destinations. No fixed time gap makes the decision right for every group.

- Written agreement on pickup locations, waiting, delays, extra stops and the total fare.
