The short answer
You can request a private CUN transfer with golf equipment, but carriage must be confirmed for your actual vehicle and luggage. Declare every golf case, its packed dimensions, all other bags and the passenger count. Ask for a written total and loading confirmation before accepting the booking; do not assume equipment is automatically included or free.
Measure the packed travel case
Give the outside length, width and height of each closed case, including wheels and protruding handles. State the units, approximate weight and whether it is rigid or soft-sided. A photograph with the measurements can help the team assess an awkward shape, but it does not replace the dimensions. ‘One golf bag’ is too vague when a travel cover is much larger than the bag inside.
Count every item, not only the golfers
List the whole party, checked suitcases, cabin bags, golf cases, pushchairs and requested child seats. Passenger capacity does not establish cargo capacity. For illustration, two golfers with two cases and two suitcases present a different load from four golfers with four cases and four suitcases; neither example guarantees a particular vehicle. Do not plan to hold a long case across occupied seats or block passenger access.
Keep airline rules and the road transfer separate
Check the operating airline’s current golf-equipment conditions for every flight, including connections and the return. The linked American Airlines page concerns air carriage, not transfer vehicles. Airline acceptance does not reserve space in a transfer. Likewise, our transport confirmation does not approve an airline baggage allowance. If you change the travel case or add equipment after booking, ask the transfer team to reconfirm the load.
Confirm the route, vehicle arrangement and full fare
Send the exact hotel or villa address, local travel date, flight and group contact. Ask whether the quoted arrangement accommodates the stated load, whether a different vehicle is needed and whether equipment or extra stops change the total. Do not infer a roof rack, trailer or unlimited luggage from a category name or vehicle photograph. Confirm the return separately if the group, destination or luggage will differ.
Collect all equipment before following pickup instructions
Follow your airline’s and airport staff’s directions for baggage collection; this article does not assign a golf-bag belt or terminal. If equipment is missing or delayed, tell your booking contact before assuming the original timing still works. Ask how waiting, a changed pickup or a later luggage trip would be handled and charged. Keep the booking reference available and follow the confirmed terminal-specific meeting instructions.
