Count every traveller
Include babies and children in the passenger total. A vehicle’s seating capacity is not an invitation to share seats. Our Standard estimate covers up to seven travellers; VIP SUV estimates cover up to five. Larger parties receive a custom vehicle quote instead of a misleading SUV price.
Request seats before the vehicle is assigned
Tell us each child’s age and approximate size so the appropriate seat can be requested. The planning allowance is USD 5 per requested seat per leg. Availability, seat type and the final charge must be confirmed in writing; choosing a seat in the form alone is not confirmation that it is reserved.
Passengers and bags are separate constraints
Seven people with seven large suitcases may need a different vehicle from seven people with hand luggage. Include suitcase count, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags and oversized equipment in the notes. Never assume a seat count guarantees room for every item.
Accessibility requires specific arrangements
Describe boarding assistance, mobility equipment dimensions and whether an adapted vehicle is required. Do not treat a normal SUV or van as wheelchair-accessible. We confirm what can be arranged before you accept a booking.
Sources & editorial approach
Official operators are linked for current airport services, routes and schedules. Our practical planning advice is editorial guidance; confirm trip-specific instructions with your booked provider.
