Cancún Airport transfer to Grand Velas Riviera Maya
Grand Velas Riviera Maya identifies its location using a Cancún–Tulum Km 62 address. It is a resort destination rather than a generic Playa del Carmen centre stop. If your reservation specifies an accommodation section or arrival instruction, include it when agreeing where the vehicle should finish the journey.
Playa del Carmen, Mayakoba and northern resort entrances
Approximate road journey: 50–80 min. Arrival formalities, baggage collection and terminal waiting are additional.
Full zone details →Should my Grand Velas request include the accommodation section?
Include it if it is shown on your confirmation, and ask which reception applies. Do not assume that a general resort map pin identifies the preferred arrival for every reservation. For departure, repeat the agreed section and reception so the return booking has a practical meeting point.
Confirm the correct property
Grand Velas Riviera Maya uses its own resort address, not a generic central Playa del Carmen drop-off. Confirm the reception or accommodation section.
